Microstats

this is a beta REQUIRES CORE

Microstats allows you to view:
- # of quiries executed (to determine if a product adds too many requests)
- server last reboot (windows server)
- memory usage (windows server)
- page load time (in micro seconds)
- debug mode status (will be a toggle)
- # of uncached templates (and template list on click)
