Should future releases of vBulletin 3 series be in UTF?
This would bring UTF support for the following:
- Plugin / Product exporting
- Theme Exporting
- Languages
- DB Entries
I personally feel this NEEDS to be done not only for language barriers, but for features as well.
isn't that a standard already set? and would it affect other users that don't use utf

If I made the right modifications in the upgrade script I might be able to get it to convert anyone non UTF, but for fresh installs it would be no issue.
Just re installing this over and over on my test board during testing and having to re convert it to UTF is getting on my nerves, being a standard today I feel I should just make this happen.
